Dr. Kaufman has over 15 years of experience performing economic research across a variety of disciplines for academic, government, and business audiences.  He was raised in a remote Alaskan Eskimo village and this unique background has given him an ability to understand and collaborate with a diversity of cultures.  Dr. Kaufman received his PhD in Economics from the University of Oregon in 2013.  His fields of specializations include econometric analysis, health care, utility industries, and labor economics.
