Doctor Joshua Whaley has over 10 years of experience in the field of data science across a wide range of disciplines including data preparation and analysis for class action labor disputes, evaluation of NASA’s STEM educational programs, and most recently work on social determinates of health and related epidemiolocal analyses for New Mexico’s Department of Health. He received his PhD in Political Science from Binghamton University in 2017 with interests in Policy, Public Opinion, GIS, and Public Health.
