Steven Keil has over 35 years of experience as an Information Technology Specialist. He holds a Master of Sciences degree in Information Security and Assurance and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Steven’s areas of expertise include Enterprise Information Security, IBM i (AS/400), and Microsoft Windows Server. As a security and privacy lead, he established the security and privacy programs for two major state government projects, and is currently overseeing security for web portals, a data warehouse, and an enterprise identity system that contains the data of over four million users. 

Steven began his career at the IBM Corporation and founded his own computer consulting firm in 1994, Aaron & Hur, Inc. He formerly taught computer networking at Columbus State Community College and currently teaches information security classes to other professionals seeking their CISSP certification. Steven is skilled at communicating complex computer and information concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences. 

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, riding his motorcycle, and coaching high school debate.
