Sampling to estimate slippage in auditing of large inventory at Tattered Cover Bookstore in Denver, Colorado.
For Department of Interior Minerals Management Service, developing software incorporating comprehensive sample design, selection and evaluation to estimate underpayment of royalties, the results of which were presented to Congress annually.
For Department of Interior Minerals Management Service, developing statistical billing procedures to approve targeting of audit resources.
Designing and building software used by Federal Election Commission to monitor all Federal elections, implementing standard statistical auditing procedures published by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
